3. Payments & Refunds

Tutoring packages are priced in HKD, with USD equivalents shown for international clients.
Payments may be made via PayPal, Stripe, FPS, or local bank transfer.
Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Lessons must be booked in advance.
Rescheduling requires 24‑hour notice.
No‑shows are charged in full.

5. Intellectual Property

Tutoring materials, lesson recordings, and advocacy art remain the property of Langlearn Spatial.
Students/customers may not redistribute or resell without permission.
Linked platforms (e.g., OnlyFans, Redbubble) have their own intellectual property rules, which apply independently.

6. User Responsibilities

Students must attend sessions on time and respect deadlines.
Customers must provide accurate payment and shipping information.
Users accessing external links (e.g., OnlyFans) acknowledge that those platforms have separate terms and are outside Langlearn Spatial’s control.

7. Limitations of Liability

Langlearn Spatial is not responsible for exam outcomes beyond the scope of tutoring.
Product delays or issues are handled by third‑party providers (Printify, Redbubble).
External platforms (e.g., OnlyFans) are governed by their own policies; Langlearn Spatial is not liable for their content or services.
